5. Payment Terms

Commission fees and service charges are payable as per agreed terms. Property management fees are collected monthly in advance. We reserve the right to modify our fee structure with 30 days written notice.

6. Limitation of Liability

Kaph Properties shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from property transactions, market fluctuations, or the use of our services. Our liability is limited to the amount of fees paid for our services.

All content, trademarks, property listings, and intellectual property on this website are owned by Kaph Properties and are protected by applicable laws. Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.
